The basic rules for using this website and what the services described here do and don't include.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at everrisehq.com (the "Site"), operated by EverRise Co., a brand of EverRise LLC ("EverRise," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to infringe the rights of others. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.
Content on the Site describes services EverRise offers and is provided for general information. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, and submitting a form does not create a contract. Any engagement for services is governed by a separate written agreement between you and EverRise.
EverRise provides branding, web design, marketing, business-planning support, filing assistance, notary services, and visualization services as described on the Site. Please note the following limits on scope:
The Site's design, text, graphics, and branding are owned by EverRise or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without permission. Ownership of deliverables produced under a client engagement is addressed in that engagement's written agreement.
The Site may link to third-party websites, including businesses we've worked with. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EverRise will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
