EverRise provides branding, web design, marketing, business-planning support, filing assistance, notary services, and visualization services as described on the Site. Please note the following limits on scope:

• Not legal advice. EverRise is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Business filing assistance is administrative and clerical support; for legal questions, consult a licensed attorney.
• Not financial, tax, or accounting advice. Budgeting, pricing, and projection support is planning assistance only, not investment, tax, accounting, or audit services. Confirm decisions with a licensed professional.
• Notary services. Luis Arriaga is a commissioned Virginia notary public. A notary verifies identity and witnesses signatures; a notary is not an attorney and cannot give legal advice or draft legal documents.

The Site's design, text, graphics, and branding are owned by EverRise or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without permission. Ownership of deliverables produced under a client engagement is addressed in that engagement's written agreement.
